Due to the nature of our products, we do enforce a NO REFUND policy, EXCHANGES ONLY if incorrect items were sent.
- Processing will take between 7 business days. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Orders will be shipped out via Canada Postal Service after processing is completed (Unless Express Courier Service is requested and PAID FOR)
- Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please ensure that the email address is correct. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed. Notifications are sent via email or text, depending on the information you leave at checkout. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- After an order has been passed over to the mailing or courier service, Hair2Toe.Ca will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
- Please ensure that the address you provide at check out is correct. Hair2Toe.Ca will not be responsible for delayed or misplaced packages, as a result of faulty, incorrect or incomplete mailing information. Hair2Toe.CA DOES NOT ship to P.O Boxes.
